Join the women of CGC Grown for walk along the meandering coastal track of the Hermitage Foreshore, from Vaucluse to Rose Bay and back

Despite this trail being in the heart of the city, it's impossible not to feel the pull of the ocean as it laps at the shore. Let a healthy breeze from the harbour blow away any lingering cobwebs from the work week, and connect with other women who find their joy in nature. Enjoy a mid-way break at Shark Beach, where you can sip hot tea and have a snack (or two) overlooking the waves.

Just a couple of hours in length, this hike is perfect if you’re looking to move your body and enjoy nature without committing to a full-day adventure 🦀

🌳 What to expect:

✨ A scenic coastal track with sweeping harbour views

✨ Bushland sections, rocky coastal paths and some gentle climbs

✨ Snack and tea break at Shark Beach

✨ A supportive, welcoming group pace

Distance: 4.2km

Duration: 2-2.5 hours including breaks

Difficulty: Easy

Suitable for: Those with a basic level of fitness and comfort on uneven terrain
