Event Cancellations by CGC

If we ever need to cancel an event due to safety concerns, weather, guide illness, or insufficient numbers, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

🌿 Please note that CGC is not responsible for any additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or gear purchases.

2. Force Majeure

Sometimes the great outdoors has other plans! CGC will not be held liable for refunds or compensation if an event is cancelled, delayed, or altered due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to extreme weather, park closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies.

3. Participant Conduct

We're all here for the good vibes — and that means looking after each other and the environment. All participants are expected to:

  • Treat fellow participants, guides, and the public with kindness and respect 🦋

  • Follow all instructions given by CGC staff and guides

  • Arrive sober and remain free from alcohol and drugs for the duration of the event

  • Avoid any behaviour that could put themselves or others at risk

Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the event without a refund.
