CGC Sunday hike - Spit to Manly

Whether it's your first or 10th time hiking the Spit to Manly, you'll feel invigorated and connected with nature after taking in the beautiful bays, wildlife, indigenous art and ancient angophora trees ✨

🌊Some say Spit to Manly is Sydney's very best walk (apologies to fans of Bondi to Coogee) and autumn is a great time to take on the winding trail which overlooks a stunning section of the harbour. You'll pass by Castle Rock, Forty Baskets and Fairlight beaches which are all a prime spot for a dip🧜‍♀️

🌳 What to expect:

✨ An intermediate 10km trail with loads to see

✨Indigenous art, angophora trees and secret beaches

✨ Plenty of photo stops, chats and nature appreciation

✨ A supportive, welcoming group pace

Distance: ~10 km

Duration: ~3 hours including breaks

Difficulty: Intermediate

Suitable for: Those with a good level of fitness and capable of several hill climbs

Water, snacks, sunscreen, hat, sturdy walking shoes, swimmers and good vibes only 💛
