Join us for a beautiful autumn morning exploring one of Sydney Harbour National Park’s iconic headland walks ✨
🌊 Middle Head is a beautiful hike along leafy national park trails from the popular beach at Balmoral to the quieter cove of Chowder Bay. Take in the ancient trees atop the wild headland, before dipping down to enjoy the calm of the ocean, with spots to wander along the jetty and admire the sea life. Look forward to a stunning harbour view of multiple beaches, and plenty of spots to take in the salty ocean breeze.
This hike is perfect if you’re looking to move your body, connect with new friends, and enjoy nature without committing to a full-day adventure.
🌳 What to expect:
✨ A scenic ~5-6km coastal track with sweeping harbour and ocean views
✨ Bushland sections, rocky coastal paths and some moderate hill climbs
✨ Plenty of photo stops, chats and nature appreciation
✨ A supportive, welcoming group pace
