🧗♀️ The Adventure
Across the weekend, you’ll complete two full days of guided canyoning with Blue Mountains Adventure Company (BMAC) — one of the most experienced canyoning operators in the region.
Saturday 28 February
💧 Empress Falls Canyon & Abseiling
A spectacular introduction to canyoning, featuring waterfalls, swims, and thrilling abseils in a stunning Blue Mountains setting.
Sunday 1 March
🌿 Grand Canyon Explorer
One of the Blue Mountains’ most iconic canyon experiences, combining creek walking, canyoning, swims, and lush rainforest scenery.
All activities are fully guided, with safety briefings, coaching, and support throughout.

🍽️ Food
All meals are provided for Saturday and Sunday, so you can focus on adventuring and unwinding.Dietary requirements will be catered for and collected after booking.
🧠 Experience Level
No prior canyoning experience required. You should be reasonably fit, confident swimming in cold water, and comfortable with heights. This weekend includes multiple abseils down waterfalls and canyon walls, where you will be on rope, wearing a harness, and descending under the close supervision of highly experienced canyoning guides.
If you have a strong fear of heights or abseiling, this experience may feel challenging. However, if you’re a little nervous but willing to give it a go, you’ll be fully supported, coached, and encouraged every step of the way.
